Mission

To build and shape a better future for LGBTQ+ Slalomers and our allies by cultivating fiercely human authenticity in our lives and work.


Objectives

  • Partner with local community organizations supporting all orientations, identities, and allies.  
  • Create engaging educational experiences for all Slalom employees to deepen their understanding of LGBTQ+ identities, experiences, and history. PMake space for a workplace culture of belonging and authenticity through coaching and collaboration. 
  • Drive internal connection and collaboration globally at Slalom. 




The LGBTQIA+ community has seen a lot of positive change in recent years, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done.
