Slalom Announces Collaboration with Snowflake to Power AI-Driven Transformation in AI Data Cloud

SEATTLE — Slalom, the global business and technology consulting company, today announced a collaboration with Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud company, aimed at driving innovation and fostering digital transformation for organizations across industries. Slalom has launched a new business unit dedicated to helping more customers achieve AI-driven transformations with Snowflake’s modern data and AI innovation platform.

Slalom's strategic collaboration brings together its expertise in strategy, technology, and business transformation with Snowflake's industry-leading data foundation and cutting-edge AI Data Cloud platform. The partnership unlocks new possibilities for innovation and transformation with AI by reducing barriers to user readiness and adoption through new and enhanced solutions, expanded training and enablement, and generative AI (GenAI) and machine learning (ML) workshops.

To drive value across industries, Slalom and Snowflake will develop vertical solutions for financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail, public sector, telecommunications, technology, and media and entertainment customers. This includes the creation of a Risk Platform Accelerator to support financial services clients in accelerating implementation and speed to value of their platform modernization journeys.

Expanding on the mutual commitment to help customers easily unlock AI/ML and apps innovation, Slalom is investing in the development of GenAI solutions and demos. For example, Slalom’s Zero to Snowpark solution helps customers adopt data engineering and data science workloads to reach business outcomes faster with new use cases, improved developer productivity, and reduced infrastructure cost. Slalom will also dedicate additional resources to develop and deliver customer workshops focused on GenAI and ML use cases. The workshops span the entire Snowflake GenAI journey, from learning and experimentation to implementation, to help joint customers achieve the full potential of AI with Snowflake.

To support solution development and delivery excellence, Slalom is expanding its training and increasing the number of advanced certifications for its 650+ consultants trained on Snowflake through additional training vouchers, practice exams, and instructor training. Slalom will also receive access to Snowflake’s GenAI Innovation Lab sandbox to upskill its workforce and develop leading-edge, AI-powered industry solutions and accelerators to help even more customers achieve value from day one.

"Collaborating with Snowflake to help our clients realize the full potential of AI," said Mukesh Kumar, President of Global Technologies at Slalom. "The strategic collaboration takes our partnership to the next level, allowing us to accelerate our customers’ adoption of AI and bring data to the forefront of their business strategies."

"In an increasingly data-driven world, we believe that expanded collaboration between Slalom and Snowflake will bring about transformative changes," said Amy Kodl, Head of GSI & Americas Alliances at Snowflake. "Together, we can provide solutions that empower organizations across industries to harness the full potential of their data assets and drive innovation at scale."
