To help women and allies pursue their passions, reach their full potential, and shape the future. Slalom Women brings together voices from the following communities: Women in Technology, Women's Leadership Network, Women in Data, and Women Who Build.

Objectives

  • Inspire and nurture careers in technology and consulting. 
  • Support the growth of technical and business skills among women and allies at Slalom.  
  • Create a thriving community of technical best practice and thought leadership across Slalom.
  • Drive internal connection and collaboration globally at Slalom. 
  • Foster external partnerships that amplify our voice and create visibility for our community.
I feel empowered by other women when I see folks standing up for what they believe in and being able to share their thoughts. We help lift each other up.

Something my mentor once said has stuck with me for years now - Challenges are our gateway to growth. In the face of any challenge, I like to step-backstep back & remind myself of my why's, think about what I had hoped to achieve and what I can learn from the situation. And leaning on my trusted support circle, talking to my friends, family and mentors, help me evaluate the situation with different viewpoints, and their encouragement gives the push to keep moving forward.
