Unidos provides community for Slalom's Hispanic and Latine team members, allies, and those interested in learning more.

Mission

To grow a vibrant community of Hispanic and Latine professionals who build relationships, share knowledge, and empower each other to thrive - within Slalom, in our communities, and beyond. 

Objectives

  • Connect: Build connection between Unidos team members, Slalom communities, and the local communities where we live and work.

  • Educate: Lead global cultural awareness and education initiatives, holding space for all team members to explore and engage with Hispanic and Latine cultures. 

  • Cultivate: Partner to identify and expand access to opportunities at Slalom and within our communities for qualified professionals.

I feel a natural connection to the Hispanic/Latinx community at Slalom because growing up in the Cuban culture made me who I am today. Being a part of this community at Slalom feels like coming home.
