Seattle, WA – Slalom, the global business and technology consulting company, announced today that it has achieved the 2025 Google Cloud ​Artificial Intelligence ​Partner of the Year for Public Sector. This award recognizes partners that have helped their public sector customers leverage generative AI to achieve outstanding success through Google Cloud. It is the eighth Google Cloud Partner of the Year Award that Slalom has earned since 2017.​​

This latest recognition comes less than six months after the announcement of the expansion of Slalom’s partnership with Google Public Sector. Slalom managing director Gretchen Peri explained, “This award recognizes the joint value Slalom and Google Public Sector are creating with government and education clients by helping them leverage the power of AI safely, effectively, and responsibly to further their missions and build better tomorrows for all.”

An institution that has already benefited from this innovative co-creation is Rutgers Business School. Slalom partnered with ​Google Public Sector​ to provide students and faculty with access to Google Cloud​’s​ ​Vertex ​AI platform and more than 150 AI foundation models from Google Cloud and its partners. With these tools, the school can now offer valuable hands-on experience with AI and its potential applications in teaching, learning, and across a wide variety of other disciplines such as business management, accountancy, and marketing. As a result, the school has completely revamped its curriculum to incorporate AI concepts and tools with a focus on practical uses and responsible AI.
