Modern Slavery Act Statement

This statement is made by Slalom Consulting Limited in accordance with the requirements of section 54(2) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets forth the steps Slalom Consulting Limited is taking to combat slavery and human trafficking.

Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. From strategy to implementation, our approach is fiercely human. Backed by close partnerships with over 400 leading technology providers, our 10,000+ strong team helps people and organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows for all. Slalom Consulting Limited is a subsidiary of Slalom, Inc., which is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA.

Our supply chains include procurement of computer software and equipment, third party contractors, facilities maintenance, and office supplies.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Code of Ethics reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to our business. Our employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our Code of Ethics and we have in place protection for whistleblowers. We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities and our supply chains.

Due to the nature of our business and our approach to governance, we have determined that there is very low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Nonetheless, we periodically review the effectiveness of the relevant policies and procedures that we have in place. We do not have key performance indicators in relation to slavery or human trafficking as any instance would be expected to be a breach of law and/or our company policies.
