All My Relations is a global community exploring topics related to Indigenous Peoples throughout the world.
Our focus:
Connection is our top priority. We provide support to Indigenous team members; bring awareness to their cultures, values, and traditions; and foster relationships with the Indigenous communities where we work. We ensure our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual selves are equally cared for and supported.

Amplify
Amplify seeks to celebrate people’s experiences across our locations and for individuals to drive shared experiences and belonging at Slalom.
Our focus:
We provide a safe space where individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives can share, learn, and connect with others. Amplify works to strengthen our relationships with our colleagues, our clients, and our communities through celebrating and leveraging all aspects of our teams, for the success and development of our people, communities, and organization.

Aspire
Aspire brings together the various experiences, perspectives, and cultures of our Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander employees and allies.
Our focus:
We connect, cultivate, and empower our community by raising awareness about cultural heritage; driving local and global business; providing networking and mentorship opportunities; and creating a sense of belonging.

Horizons
Horizons is dedicated to creating a world where the infinite variations in mind and body are represented, empowered, and celebrated.
Our focus:
We amplify the voices of disabled, neurodiverse, and mental health communities, and are committed to being educators and advisors for these communities. We realize our mission through educational programming, accessibility initiatives, policy reform, recruiting, and a commitment to intersectional allyship.

Prism
Prism seeks to increase awareness and understanding while challenging workplace barriers for all sexual orientations, gender identities, and allies.
Our focus:
As Slalom’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Prism focuses on empowering all of Slalom’s team members to celebrate their authenticity every day. We work to connect with and celebrate LGBTQ+ team members and leaders; create a culture of continuous education; and connect LGBTQ+ Slalomers and allies across Slalom communities.

REACH
REACH (Recruiting, Education, Authenticity, Community, Heritage) is Slalom’s Black employee resource group open to all employees passionate about this community.

We strive to build awareness as well as expand REACH’s networking relationships for the betterment of Slalom, our brand, our people, and our community.

Slalom Military
Slalom Military creates space for military veterans, reservists, team members with military family, or anyone passionate about engaging with this community or supporting veterans' initiatives.

We are a catalyst for the global military community to build meaningful connections, accelerate individual growth, demonstrate leadership, serve our local communities, and inspire our customers.

Slalom Women
Slalom Women connects, engages, and celebrates women to enable an empowered voice throughout Slalom—creating an exceptional place to work.
Our focus:
We celebrate and connect through our four communities—Women’s Leadership Network, Women Who Build, Women in Data, and Women in Technology. From technical certification training to mentorship programs to book clubs, Slalom Women helps participating employees pursue their passions, reach their full potential, and shape the future.

Unidos
Unidos provides a community for Slalom's Hispanic/Latinx team members and their allies.
Our focus:
We work to build cultural awareness within the company and expand Slalom’s network for the betterment of our company, our people, and our community.
