Unidos provides community for Slalom's Hispanic and Latine team members and their allies. 

Mission

To build a thriving community of Hispanic and Latine professionals that support each other’s holistic growth through meaningful relationships and knowledge sharing that empowers our team to effectively partner with our clients, community, and impact Slalom’s future. 

Objectives

  • Connect: Build connection between Unidos members and with others at Slalom. Additionally, build connections between Slalom and our local Hispanic and Latine communities in the cities we work in.

  • Educate: Lead global cultural awareness and education initiatives. Provide safe space for employees to learn about Hispanic and Latine culture. 

  • Cultivate: Lead global professional and mentorship initiatives. Establish and maintain partnership with Talent Management.

  • Recruit: Build a pipeline and space for new Hispanic and Latine talent at Slalom. Set strategy for how we reach out to professional groups, colleges, and more for Hispanic and Latine talent. 

For me, the opportunity to connect with people with shared backgrounds, experiences, and interests has been particularly impactful because the spaces in which I work aren’t often full of people with that same cultural upbringing or background.
