Description of Contract:

Slalom is a prime contractor under the Digital Government and Enterprise Application Services Contract with the Arizona Department of Administration. Through this cooperative contract, we deliver a wide range of digital and enterprise application services—including modernization, integration, platform development, payment processing, and customer support—to federal, state, local, education, and nonprofit organizations nationwide.

Scope of Services

The Contract involves the development, operation, and maintenance of new and existing enterprise applications and digital services.  

The type of projects may include but not be limited to: 

  • Application modernization efforts 
  • Enhanced integration/communication between enterprise systems and legacy applications; 
  • Infrastructure build out, application development and maintenance of new Digital Government Service platforms 
    Infrastructure build out and maintenance of the web portal platform; 
    Application maintenance and necessary customer support; 
  • Payment processing to include credit cards, ACH and eCheck transactions including related support functions of reporting, reconciliation and customer support; 
  • Software as a Service portals; 
  • Responsive and accessible mobile friendly applications and websites;

Eligible entities

This Contract is available to all State of Arizona Agencies, Boards and Commissions including members of the State of Arizona Purchasing Cooperative. Co-op Members include all Arizona political subdivisions, including cities, counties, school districts, and special districts. Membership is also available to non-profit organizations, other state governments, the federal government, and tribal nations.
