Connors brings extensive experience in the technology industry, having held leadership roles at Microsoft and as a venture capitalist at Ignition Partners. As a former CFO of Microsoft, Connors has a deep understanding of financial management and corporate governance, and his expertise in AI, enterprise software, and high-growth tech companies will provide valuable insights for Slalom's strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Connors has decades of expertise serving on public and private company boards and is a member of the board of directors of Carbon Robotics, Icertis, Forward and Tractable. He was a 16-year board member of Nike (NKE), and 13-year member of Splunk’s Board of Directors.
