Leads Austin’s Public & Social Impact; joined in Feb of 2023 w/ nearly 20 years of consulting experience – mostly focused on state and local government clients across multiple states.

Christi joined Slalom in 2018 and supports the DFW and Austin markets. She has a consulting background in organizational change management and talent management.

20+ years of experience in technology and business transformation space. Spent half her career in consulting and the other half leading technology organizations in the Financial Services space. 

Steve joined Slalom in Feb 2024 and is responsible for driving sales growth with our Financial Services clients in San Antonio, such as USAA. Steve brings a wealth of Fin Services and Insurance industry experience, with over 30 years in consulting. He was most recently a Senior Client Partner at IBM focused in FSI & Insurance, but previously held leadership positions at Accenture and USAA. Steve is a Baylor University alumnus.
