Mike has 30 years of consulting and professional experience including running teams and client accounts in the United States, Germany, Japan, Australia, and Singapore. His experience in growing markets across the overall Asia-Pacific (APAC) region will be critical as Slalom’s future key strategic decisions and moves there. An experienced and poised leader, Mike is an integral part of the Executive Team, providing important thought leadership and guidance as they build, grow, and support markets outside of North America.

Mike joined Slalom in January 2020 to launch the Australian market in Melbourne and Sydney. In 2023, he expanded the footprint to Auckland, New Zealand. Over the past four years he and the leadership team he has assembled have been on an impressive growth trajectory, building the market to 90M AUD business ($60M USD). Near-term growth plans for the region include expanding the business to Singapore, initially serving clients through existing operations in APAC. Mike is additionally spearheading the exploratory efforts for what nearshore (All Shore) will look like for APAC and is closely connected to the work being done in the Americas and EMEA.
